My name is Nikki Gosselin and I am a first year college student. I am majoring in medical biology and I am on the pre-physician assistant track. I am very interested in the medical field and I strive to one day become a Physician Assistant. Some of my interests include music, piano, skiing, animals and shopping. I am from a very small town in Connecticut called East Granby. There is not much to do in my home town, but I have lived there all of my life and I wouldn’t trade it for anything. Even though I prefer the Sciences, I do enjoy English as well. I enjoy writing because it allows me to express myself and to learn in a different way. However, I also find it challenging on occasion. For example, it is sometimes hard for me to put the words that I think in my head onto paper. I would love to practice my writing skills and help strengthen them. I believe that writing allows me to learn more, whether it is in a research paper or a persuasive essay. Overall, I think that writing is essential for growth and for success, and you end up learning a few things along the way.
